At least you GOT message about it. Trust me, while errors do happen all the time, it's A LOT less likely thet professionals are prone to admit a mistake. I have known a lot of professional businesses who would rather cover up they a mistake did happen, then admit that mistakes did happen, and they they're sorry and that these are being ste in motion to correct the situation.

Shit happens mate. But it's to be a better man/women to admit something is wrong.
